ABSTRACT
This German Zero Energy House is located in Spandau, Berlin. Its situation, at the corner of two rows of houses, affords a large south facade and a minimal north facade. The three storey south-facing sloped facade has window bands to receive direct solar gains and a seasonal storage system incorporated into the building structure.
