ABSTRACT
Haralambos Kondonis is an Advisor on International Development Cooperation in Southeast Europe in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, and Special Advisor of the Chair of the Working Table 1 on Democratization and Human Rights of the Stability Pact. He is Research Fellow of ELIAMEP on Balkan Affairs.
