ABSTRACT
Notes on Contributors Adekeye Adebajo is Director of the Africa Program at the International Peace Academy, New York. He has held research fellowships at the Brookings Institution and Stanford University, and was a Rhodes scholar at Oxford University. He has served on UN missions in South Africa, Western Sahara and Iraq. He is currently completing a book on the civil war in Liberia.
