ABSTRACT
When we look around at the work that is being produced at the present time we are bound to admit that plenty of talent is to be found among the younger men. There is a great effort towards a regeneration of Art. Before the war the modern artistic movements were very much alive, and there is every reason to believe that afterwards it will be more so, as the violences of the present time will have excited minds and infused in them the spirit of action.
