ABSTRACT
Without going into details there is a hierarchy of some Kampala localities according to residential status. Strictly speaking there are two of them, one for Ganda and people who associate them selves with them, and another for non-Ganda migrants. The Ganda one is not well defined physically but operates outside the city for the most part. The non-Ganda is the one I refer to now, beginning in suburbs of the type mentioned and continuing within Kampala East.
