ABSTRACT
In the third part of this book we examine some of the ways policy decisions are made, implemented and challenged in Australian politics. This requires an understanding of institutional components of the system, as well as looking more broadly at elements of how policy is developed and delivered. We also consider the specific question of Australian policy towards our relationships with other countries.
