Is Psychological Time Punctuated With Critical Durations?

We could imagine that physical time is continuous, without interruption, an infinitely divisible stream. Most of the time, without knowing exactly what the physical time is (Buccheri, Saniga, & Stuckey, 2003), we extract from it chronometric time, that we also consider continuous, every second following one another and having the same value.
