ABSTRACT
Transforming the leadership of an IT organization has proven to be the most difficult aspect of the Lean IT transformation. The reasons I have encountered are fairly self-evident and many current leaders will recognize, even – sometimes grudgingly – acknowledge, that one or more of these reasons is valid in their situation.
