ABSTRACT
There is a dark side to the differential voice. Strong and effective leadership can be used for evil as well as for good. This is evident time and again throughout history and by extension through prehistory. With the communication tools now available to a large proportion of our society, I believe that we have never been better equipped to recognise and stamp out misdirected leadership. Unfortunately, the very same access to communication tools means that we have also never been more vulnerable.
