ABSTRACT
Academics, educators and practitioners feel that equality rights provisions under section 15 of the Charter opens the way for a multitude of changes within school systems. Most agree that inequitable practices will be more susceptible than ever to legal scrutiny. Claims of discrimination and inequitable treatment will not only become more prevalent but they will be taken more seriously than in the past.
