ABSTRACT
The previous two chapters have described and presented the key facets of systems of housing supply in each country: the housing production policies, the land supply systems and the physical planning mechanisms which support them. It has been argued that there is a potential for different systems of housing supply with different emphases of state intervention, to lead to different housing outcomes.
