ABSTRACT

With the rapid growth brought about by the popularity of the SP Alarm System Nihon Keibi Hosho’s total sales exceeded ten billion yen in 1973. The character of the company was changing as it capitalized on the computer network information system. On 21 June 1974 a showroom was opened to the general public in the company’s main office in Akasaka, Tokyo where components of the newly developed alarm systems could be viewed. To support continued expansion into new frontiers, Nihon Keibi Hosho needed to strengthen and expand its financial resources. Iida felt that the time had come to go public.
