The decision to adopt more advanced technology has a significant impact on several levels within organizations. The question is whether a company when adopting new technology does so to update its production or because there is pressure to innovate. This approach by contrast, could easily lead to the idea that the market, finally could gained standardization and affect parallel reactions. The core of this chapter will throw light on the relationship between technology and inter-organizational relations with respect to innovations that bring about drastic changes in routine working procedures. While studies and surveys of the implementation of information technology are focus on either positive or negative impacts, this paper will investigate some innovative ideas and approaches offering a template which is based on group dynamics and therefore system eminent.
