THIS Declaration was first published with the name of one Theo. McKenna subscribed to it: it has since been republished without a signature. The author probably conceived, that consideration might thus be given to his work, which, if supposed to be the sentiments of respectable, though unknown characters, would be formidable; connected with its author, would sink into contempt.
