ABSTRACT
Undergirding this chapter is a didactic mission in which is modeled a decolonizing maneuver that begins with the State’s master archive. As part of the State’s investments in the sacred, its master archive is ascribed a high level of sanctity, for in it are its stories of origin, myths of superiority, meta-narratives of chosenness, and monuments of triumphs over its designated human other.
