ABSTRACT
S-Curve 6, Continued Growth and Expansion, is when Six Sigma truly became a full part of the company. Projects had been done in many different areas so that the use of Six Sigma in all company activities became common practice. The company developed documented processes and procedures supporting different project types during this S-Curve.
