ABSTRACT
Looking back on it now, it is hard to believe how much work the people of Cummins did to make Six Sigma successful. It involved thousands of people working together to transform a company. Cummins became a very different company than it was in 1999, and Six Sigma played a significant role. This book will discuss the details of the transformation during the period 1999 to the end of 2014.
