ABSTRACT

The closure ties together each section of the book. Therefore, Practical Aesthetics for the mind, voice, and body are mentioned and tied to constructivism. This link is created by reinforcing the pedagogical rationale of the book using sources in theatre and education. There is a clear look back and a clear look forward. This clear look is clarified by referencing my experience using the lessons in the book in my classroom. I end the text by suggesting possible applications of Practical Aesthetics in other theatre classes and in other fields. This opens the door for further research and application.
