ABSTRACT
Mike expresses confusion about how leadership is defined, then discusses his approach to learning leadership which is to read a lot, to engage in self-reflection and self-critique based on what he reads, then to apply the resulting lessons to his world. He notes again the importance of learning about oneself as an entrée to the world of leadership.
