ABSTRACT
The preceding chapters have sought to provide a snapshot of rights and freedoms pertaining to particular groups. In addition, each has deployed treaties, jurisprudence, other instruments and commentaries to try to demonstrate how international human rights law can be used in practice. This final chapter seeks to highlight some emerging issues and key challenges which are shaping the landscape of international human rights. Inevitably, given the space constraints, only a few examples can be used.
