ABSTRACT
Environmental globalization is an important feature of the era of globalization. With the development of globalization, environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. Protecting the ecological environment has become an urgent and arduous task for the whole world. In the context of environmental globalization, countries around the world should be able to solve environmental problems in a reasonable manner and grasp the general trend and direction of environmental policy innovation according to their own complex and diversified environmental and ecological issues. The chapter begins with an introduction to the main manifestations of environmental globalization. The chapter then discusses the initiatives for environmental policy innovation in countries around the world. Then chapter then explores the dilemma faced by the global environmental governance system. Finally, the chapter discusses China’s participation and role in environmental globalization governance, which gives rise to relevant policy recommendations.
