ABSTRACT
The conclusion sums up the importance of the book as a pace-setting effort to integrate a sub-Saharan African perspective into Holocaust Studies scholarship and conversation and, thereby, introduce an essential Holocaust studies content into African historiography. The conclusion highlights the five perspectives on the Holocaust from East and West Africa that the book identifies, and analyzes their inherent lessons and contradictions.
