ABSTRACT
So you have applied yourself to your college coursework, followed the guidelines prescribed in this book, and landed yourself the position you have been seeking. Congratulations! So now what? Is that all there is to it? First of all, celebrate! You have worked hard, stretched yourself, networked with others in the profession, and grown into a highly marketable educator. You deserve to celebrate your accomplishment. All of this being said, you may feel like you have reached your destination. The reality, however, is that being hired is just the beginning.
