Now that you have determined your big five and amassed a bank of potential questions on which to focus, it is time to practice. As I stated earlier, practice is what separates a polished interviewee from one who hesitates and struggles to put together a clear thought. I have seen hundreds of applicants stare at the ceiling, question after question, searching for what to say next. Don’t let the interview be the first time you have organized your thoughts and reviewed your qualifications.
