ABSTRACT
We have forty children in our community school in this village. I not only teach them, but also meat with the alders in the community every week. At our meetings, in addition to school matters, we also discuss community problems and other matters in which adults have an interest. The community committee takes a lot of interest in the school. Their concern for education has increased my motivation a great deal.
