ABSTRACT
In the past, the greatest weakness of our national economic management system was to replace economic management with administrative management. There was only plan regulation, and no market regulation. After the Third Plenary Session of the Party's Eleventh Central Committee, it was proposed that plan regulation be combined with market regulation. What actually is plan regulation? What is market regulation? How can these two be combined? There are diverse views on these. Here X will only talk about my views.
