ABSTRACT
The research that has been described in this book can be argued to have implications for (or at least linkages to) a number of policy questions and dilemmas that remain ùnresolved as of this writing. The purpose of this epilogue is to present a very brief series of vignettes in which a portion of those implications and unanswered questions are noted.
