Paradigm Shifts

It has been said that AI and jurisprudence each are undergoing Kuhnian paradigm shifts. It has also been said that Kuhnian paradigm shifts are philosophically ill-formed concepts, no more than fancy labels devoid of content that tell us absolutely nothing about the phenomena we observe. Following is a discussion of whether and how the notion of paradigm shift might be at all helpful as a way of looking at changes in AI and law.
