Political Crime

Political crime is defined in the text as violations of law for the purpose of modifying or changing social conditions, as well as violations of the law and unethical acts by state officials and agencies whose victimization occurs inside the United States, and violations of domestic and international law by state officials and agencies whose victimization occurs outside the United States.
