ABSTRACT
China’s reform and opening-up have been going on for a quarter century. As China’s economy grows rapidly and the resident income increases in this important historical period, the changes of the pattern of resident income distribution, especially widening of the income gap, have always been an important issue that people are concerned about. Income distribution is closely related to property distribution. In particular, the personal property of Chinese residents has undergone a period of rapid accumulation and prominent differentiation since the 1990s. Therefore, property distribution of Chinese residents naturally has become a new concern for people.
