ABSTRACT
We came into this field hoping to make a difference. Most of us believed that the treatment process would become clearer with time. When we “grew up,” had enough clinical experience and training, we would have an understanding of what cures, what matters most to accomplish, and what methods work best. Such clarity still eludes most of us.
