ABSTRACT
Although boys with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) commonly exhibit a variety of problems in different settings, difficulties within the home are probably the most frequent and intense. In particular, boys with significant symptoms of hyperactivity/impulsivity often anger and annoy parents and caretakers. They act out many of the urges they experience and have difficulties with delay of gratification, which usually result in behaviors that get them in trouble.
