ABSTRACT
Two points are illuminated by this wire-service story about doctors and AIDS. First, currently, professional health-care interventionists in high-risk states are experiencing difficulty in coming to terms with the stigma associated with AIDS patients. Second, within five years, interventionists in all areas of the country will be confronting the stigma of AIDS.
