ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 considered the justifi cation for the criminalisation of child pornography and Chapter 3 introduced the Protection of Children Act 1978 (PoCA 1978) and examined the defi nitions contained in that Act for an indecent photograph of children. The purpose of this chapter is to consider what offences exist in respect of indecent photographs of children. Other chapters will consider how the law in England and Wales deals with non-photographic representations of children.
