ABSTRACT
We may fi nd this anecdote amusing, but there’s an important truth in it. We’re all fi shermen with our own conceptual nets. This net is our belief system underpinned by our control beliefs. Our net shapes our worldview, guides our interactions with people and phenomena, and ultimately defi nes our reality.
