ABSTRACT
In 1981, President Robert Lane did call on Leonard Horwitz and June Blum to form a committee on group therapy, but both tell me that they found little enthusiasm among the membership at the time. Some time thereafter, a workshop on combined therapy was offered at a Division 39 Annual Meeting at the Vista Hotel in New York. The workshop had three leaders: Judith Caligor, Nina Fieldsteel, and Marvin Aronson. Two registrants showed up for the occasion!
