ABSTRACT

Climate change and the measures we enact to address it are likely to be major features

of organizational life in the 21st century. Climate change is an issue in large part because

there are few human activities that do not lead directly or indirectly to climate-altering

greenhouse gas emissions, and the resultant changes are likely to affect the lives of

millions of people around the world. Conversely, reducing greenhouse gas emissions

and adapting to the effects of a changing climate will require changes to nearly

everything we do.
