The Possibility of Doxastic Agency

I have now examined and critiqued three ways of addressing the argument that leads to the conclusion that our attributions of responsibility about belief are not appropriate because people lack voluntary control over their beliefs. Here is the argument again:

I. If attributions of responsibility for beliefs are appropriate, then people have voluntary control over their beliefs.
