ABSTRACT
The Nature of Mind ANYONE who makes the Grand Ontological Assertion, holding either that knowing and being, mind and reality, are one, or, more quietly, that what is central in mind is central in existence, must be prepared to explain what he means by "mind". The same is required of anyone who, as I am at present, is anxious to reconsider the prima facie realism of man's common outlook.
