ABSTRACT
7.1.1 This Chapter deals with the JCT Agreement for Minor Building Works, 1998 Edition incorporating Amendments MW1 and MW2 hereinafter referred to as JCT 98 MW. As in section 2, the term "Architect" has been used throughout the text of this chapter and such references are deemed to include references to "Architect/Contract Administrator".
