ABSTRACT
For the purposes of this report, the Asia-Pacific region includes countries of South Asia, East Asia, South-East Asia and the Pacific, excluding the Eastern rim. While its diverse ethnic, linguistic and religious mixture makes the region a natural place for clash and confrontation, it has also provided the location for developing experience over many centuries of how to encounter and accommodate differences.
