ABSTRACT

April 1992: The Bucharest Convention on the Protection of the Black Sea against Pollution adopted by Bulgaria, Georgia, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.

25 June 1992: The Black Sea Economic Co-operation established by 11 countries-Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine-meeting in Istanbul, Turkey, with the aim of strengthening regional co-operation, particularly in the field of economic development.
