The book now turns its attention to the environmental policy-making process. Whereas Part I was concerned with elucidating the philosophical and political ideas that motivate greens and the nature of environmental movements that actively promote the environmental agenda, Part II focuses our attention on the challenges facing public authorities in dealing with environmental problems. And this challenge is great.
