ABSTRACT
A common omission in much of the literature on disruptive behaviour is the failure to acknowledge the links which exist between serious acts of misbehaviour and maladjustment, children with special educational needs, deviance, psychiatric disorders, diagnostic work and absenteeism. This chapter is a succinct attempt to remedy some of these deficiencies.
