ABSTRACT
Chapter 21 discussed member behaviors that can lead to diffi culties in the group. Th is chapter focuses on group level challenges where the entire group is aff ected by one or more member behaviors, or where the group as a whole is collaborating in behaviors that also aff ect the functioning of the group. Presented are group level resistance, diffi cult behaviors, confl ict, and existential concerns.
