ABSTRACT
The Privacy Act of 1974 was created in response to concerns about how the formation and use of computerized databases might impact individuals’ privacy rights. The privacy policy is a legal document that discloses and manages a customer’s or employee’s data, personal information, or professional identifi cation. All privacy policies are different, depending upon the organization.
