ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will examine the fi rst of the six sets of drivers in more detail. As well as unpicking the different aspects of this driver and showing how and why they are relevant and need to be included in the framework,
we will also discuss the critical issues of interdependence; that is, how each set of drivers relates to the others. This should provide insights into ways of breaking down silos and establishing a framework that builds strong lateral as well as vertical communications.
