ABSTRACT
The world is changing rapidly. Perhaps there is no better illustration of rapid change than has been seen on the European continent in the last few
years. Economic alliances, diminished hostilities, the loosening of econornic barriers and the new freedom of most of the fonner Soviet Bloc countries represent changes which are likely to dramatically affect markets and trade relations.
