ABSTRACT

Mathematics is like a foreign language. It has its own vocabulary, symbols, and grammar (rules). Mathematical notations are designed to represent matters in our world as mathematical equations in a precise and abstract matter. For those who are fluent in the language of mathematics, mathematical equations are a beautifully convenient way to express ideas and communicate with others. However, for those who are not mathematically trained, most of mathematics beyond arithmetic is incomprehensible. Mathematical equations make many creative people say “It’s Greek to me!” So, we will try to explain mathematical concepts with the least number of equations.
