ABSTRACT
In the present event, two areas must be explored and two decisions made.
The first concerns the overall program and the ways it relates to solving the problems that were identified in the Identify the Needs of the Learner event. The general objective is to have a program that will solve these problems. The second area and decision relates to the specific training experience.
